Pedagogy: the pedagogy of videoconferencing including the use of Interactive Whiteboards, collaborative software
Procedures: the use of systems and administration to support staff in delivering curriculum via interactive technologies
Promotion: highlighting the benefits of interactive learning to the local community ensuring retention of students in further education
